Perillon consultants and our technical partners work as a team to share skill sets and support each other in every aspect of the software deployment engagement. With this approach, customers are able to leverage the collective knowledge and experience of a team rather than a single individual.

 

Our consultants have all been certified to implement Perillon software. They work closely with our development team to find effective solutions to complex customer requirements. Our Professional Services team has developed implementation methodologies which help customers avoid common pitfalls, accelerate implementation times, and achieve rapid returns on their software investment. Perillon's methodology and proven approach ensures that Perillon's solution is deployed quickly and effectively without any costly duplication of effort.

 

Beyond the implementation of our software, Perillon consultants are industry experts with broad field experience in designing and implementing a range of business applications—from data warehouse design and architecture to best practices in workflow and enterprise application integration and disaster avoidance and recovery planning.

 

Our Web-based solutions can be deployed and supported via either of two industry standard approaches. For those clients requiring complete vendor management of our application, Perillon provides an annual fee-based Application Service Provider (ASP) solution, as accessed through our highly secure hosting facility. Alternatively, Perillon offers an “inside-the-firewall” enterprise solution designed to be managed within your IT environment.

 

Training and Support

Training classes area available through end-user training or “train the trainer” format. Support services include basic e-mail support and a Perillon RCM user group for clients to collaborate. Various phone support options are made available to clients based on their needs.

 
A key element of Perillon's solution approach is that Perillon RCM is self-administering. This provides more control to the client administrator to post valuable user information, without the need for expensive and hard-to-find technical resources to administer the application. For example, clients can develop their own FAQ page to provide users with updated information on the software.
