MDU Resources Group, Inc. Selects Perillon Software’s Sustainability Performance Management Platform
WBI Holdings, Inc. Energy Division Will Roll Out System Initially

Perillon Software Inc., a leading provider of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Sustainability Performance Management (SPM) solutions, today announced that MDU Resources Group Inc. (NYSE: MDU) has selected Perillon’s SPM platform for initial rollout across its WBI Holdings Inc. energy division. MDU Resources, a Fortune 500 provider of natural resource products and services essential to energy and transportation infrastructure, will use Perillon’s SPM suite to collect, manage and report on vital sustainability information, including energy and environmental metrics.

The Perillon central system of record will help WBI Holdings save time and cut operational costs by automatically feeding critical resource data into Perillon, enabling efficient reporting in support of permit compliance requirements, including EPA’s Mandatory Reporting Rule. The Perillon system is comprehensive including a broad suite of energy and EH&S management modules with powerful reporting tools. The system also is modular, enabling various divisions to tailor their solution to exactly what they need.
