James E. McGrath Joins Perillon Board of Directors - Corporate Strategy Expert and Veteran in Building High-Growth Private and Public Companies

Perillon Software Inc., a leading provider of Energy and Environmental Management solutions, is pleased to announce that James E. McGrath has joined its Board of Directors. He will also serve the Company as an Advisor leveraging his expertise in helping build high-growth companies.
Mr. McGrath is an expert in the fields of corporate development, general management, and corporate strategy. He has been a founder of or early investor in more than 30 companies, a dozen of which have become publicly traded. Mr. McGrath is currently Chairman and CEO of Fairfax Capital Partners, Inc., a privately held investment and business advisory company.

In the six years following its inception in 1991, through acquisition and consolidation American Medical Response became the largest ambulance service provider in the United States, with revenue reaching over $1.5 billion. During this period, the company’s stock price rose five-fold.

Chairman and Director of Perceptron, Inc., a publicly-traded (NASDAQ) high-technology company serving the industrial machine vision market. During his 3-year tenure as Chairman, he restructured the organization to double revenues and increase profits more than four-fold in three years. The Company’s stock rose from $3.60 to $37.00.
