Bardwell C. Salmon
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
 

Bardwell Salmon serves as Perillon's CEO with responsibility for business leadership and finances. Mr. Salmon is also Chairman of Perillon's Board of Directors. He has 40 years of experience in computer-related industries and has served as a senior executive at ComputerVision and Honeywell Information Systems, founded five companies and is the Chairman/CEO of Lexent Technologies. Most recently he was Chairman/CEO of RealityWave Inc. until its successful acquisition in March 2005. Bard is an author on a patent and is the Chair Emeritus of The Capital Network, a forum for networking entrepreneurs with early-stage investors. Bardwell Salmon holds a BSCE (Civil and Environmental Engineering) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and an MBA from Northwestern University .

John E. Niemoller
President and Chief Operating Officer
  John Niemoller is charged with providing strategic direction and operational leadership for sales, service and product development, leveraging his 21 years of experience focused in the manufacturing industry. John is also a member of Perillon's Board of Directors. He has a demonstrated track record of building entrepreneurial growth businesses in areas including enterprise software with expertise in marketing, sales, engineering and financial management. Prior to joining Perillon, John was on the executive team at SupplyWorks, Inc., an internet-based start-up pioneering collaborative supplier relationship management (SRM) solutions, where he was responsible for industry marketing and alliances. Previously, at Kronos, Inc., a highly successful, rapid-growth public software company focused on enterprise workforce management solutions, he was a senior manager in the strategy and M&A group, driving the establishment and growth of several new business units. His early experience included key management and engineering positions with two Fortune 250 corporations, Textron, Inc., and McDonnell Douglas Corporation. John Niemoller holds a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.

D.J. Charles
Vice President of Development
and CTO

 

D.J. Charles has responsibility for leading Perillon's development, quality assurance and technical publications groups. In addition, he is responsible for product and technology strategy and execution of product development. D.J. has been a key contributor to start-ups for 15 years and has held a wide-ranging array of responsibilities from software programming and architecture to executive management. At SupplyWorks, he was the first full-time member of the software engineering team and seven years later assumed responsibility of the entire organization as General Manager through two successful product hand-offs resulting from acquisition activities. Prior to SupplyWorks, Mr. Charles built his expertise in Software-as-a-Service by managing innovative technology development efforts in the areas of electronic banking, B2B and B2C electronic commerce, and enterprise integration. D.J. Charles is a graduate of Northeastern University and Berklee College of Music attendee.

Julie Comeau
Controller

 

Julie Comeau has responsibility for financial management, operational controls and compliance. Prior to Perillon, she had fifteen years of Finance experience with early stage companies. Julie served as Director of Finance for Windata Inc., a venture-capital backed wireless LAN manufacturer,  where she was responsible for accounting and financial reporting, budgeting and due diligence for financing. She was Controller for Ellora Software Inc. a developer of medical software focusing on chronic care patients.  Julie also served as a consultant to Bio-key International, a leader in finger-based biometric identification and wireless public safety technology, where she was responsible for the accounting and reporting of two acquisitions; and establishing policies and procedures for SOX reporting. Julie Comeau has a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Bridgewater State College.
