sends initial notification to the key people based on the category and severity
level of incident.

Once a report is entered, the appropriate
people are automatically assigned based on the type, to manage the Impact, Response
and Notification.
Investigation and Action Items
Full Investigation data is captured
including timeline and status, people involved and their role. Root cause and contributing
cause is captured with a full description— hazards, precautions, and preventative
actions. Action items are then assigned, which are managed with
Compliance, Perillon’s task management
product. Alerts and Notifications help ensure that tasks, corrective/preventative
