Configuration of the system is done by you without expensive services, and
it is easy—no IT resources and no previous software skills are needed.
Handheld Data Entry
On the handheld device, while connected
or disconnected to your wireless network, simply click on a work order.
Questions are easy-to-read and data entry is quick and easy using simple
drop-downs, radio buttons and check-boxes.
You can even view a photo, review specification documents or review SOPs right on
the device, and include a hand-written signature when completed.
Near Real-Time Connectivity
The “occasionally-connected” architecture
model provides low-cost WiFi access or mobile phone access enabling data collection
in or out of a hot zone. The data is
then queued for upload to the network. Updates to a question sequence made in the
Workspace browser (PC) are automatically sent to the handheld device.
Data Visualization
Now that your data
is in one place, you can quickly see summary views with Workspace
Performance. Dynamic dashboards allow you to
graphically see your data and quickly let you drill down on-screen with a few mouse-clicks. Export any view directly to Excel or
Powerpoint. Once you have zeroed in
on a particular issue, you can instantly pull up spreadsheet details.
